Jens Richard meets Don Rosa

What a great guy. They say never to meet your heroes, but my meeting with Don Rosa was the most pleasant celebrity meeting ever. 

Thank you Copenhagen Comics for a great event. 

He is so kind, present in the moment and has a great eye for details. Just as in his art. 

Anyway, he signed my comic and he took a copy of Bunneh as a present. Woohoo!

Oh... btw. My new best friend Don Rosa is very proud of my Bunneh artist Nathan McWilliams. He told me:

Don: “So you are the writer? But you do know I’m not scripting my background gags? It has to be in the creative process when drawing?”

Jens: “And so does my artist. I’m only scripting my story, and told him how I’m a fan of you, and wished for him to be inspired by you, and he just delivered. “

Don with a big smile: “And so he did!”
